The short version

Your files never leave your device. Every PDF Huddle tool — PNG, JPG, and HEIC to PDF conversion, and PDF merging — runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. We don't have a server that receives, processes, or stores the files you work with, so we can't see them, and we don't keep them.

1. Files you convert or merge

PDF Huddle's tools process files entirely client-side. When you choose a file, it's read by your browser, converted or merged in memory, and offered back to you as a download — at no point is it transmitted to PDF Huddle or any third party. Closing the browser tab clears everything; nothing is retained on our end because nothing was ever sent to us.

2. Information we may collect

Like most websites, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns — for example, which tool pages are visited, and roughly how many people visit each day. This data is not tied to your files and cannot be used to identify what you converted. We do not require accounts, so we do not collect names, passwords, or payment information for using any tool.

3. Cookies

PDF Huddle does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what's strictly necessary for the site to function, or to basic, aggregated analytics as described above.

4. Third parties

Because your files are never uploaded, they are never shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party. We do not use third-party file-conversion APIs or outsource processing to external servers.

5. Children's privacy

PDF Huddle is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account or personal data is required to use any tool, this risk is inherently limited.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of PDF Huddle after a change means you accept the revised policy.
