1. Acceptance of terms

By using PDF Huddle ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

PDF Huddle provides free, browser-based tools to convert PNG, JPG, and HEIC images to PDF, and to merge PDF files. All processing happens locally in your browser — we do not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes the files you convert or merge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PDF Huddle to process files you don't have the legal right to handle, or in any way that violates applicable law. You're solely responsible for the content of the files you convert or merge.

4. No account, no warranty

PDF Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free for every file, format, or browser. You should always verify the output file before relying on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Huddle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including data loss or conversion errors. Since files are processed on your own device, you retain full control over, and responsibility for, your original files at all times.

6. Intellectual property

The PDF Huddle name, logo, and site design are owned by us. The files you convert or merge remain entirely your own property — we claim no rights over them, which follows naturally from the fact that we never receive a copy of them.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or discontinue tools or features at any time without prior notice. We'll aim to keep the tools you rely on working, but we can't guarantee any specific tool will remain available indefinitely.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDF Huddle operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
